BARBELL BOOTCAMP

Come join our trainers Darius & Rachael for Barbell Bootcamp at Sandbothe Strong in the Pearl each Sunday in September. Fitness doesn't have to be complicated. Let's get back to the basics and get strong!

Participants will get technique guidance and practice on 4 fundamental barbell lifts: the Squat, the Overhead Press, the Bench Press and the Pendlay Row. Everyone will then get to put their improved technique to good use for multiple rounds in small groups. We will end with some fun heart-pumping cardio & ab work.
